“El vacío” como sistema central de expresión, la inexistencia como existencia, como objeto.

La discontinuidad del espacio crea los lugares y objetos, ese no-contenido que existe entre éstos, lo pensamos como “vacío”. Esa materia o no materia que hallamos entre el aquí y el allá es nuestra competencia.

El sistema de los objetos se nos presenta con sus pares dialécticos: contenedor-contenido, adentro-afuera, lleno-vacío, luz-sombra, cerca-lejos, arriba-abajo, pesado-liviano, etc. Nuestro caso de estudio se centra en eso que podríamos llamar espacio o materia “residual”. Es a partir de estos límites donde nos maravillamos con “el vacío” como expresión genuina y mínima del objeto. En el análisis de estos caracteres nos hemos topado inevitablemente con la noción de “estructura”.

“La estructura” es la mínima expresión de la existencia del objeto, éstos se muestran con fuerza y se evidencian desde el vacío. La realidad de esta mínima existencia (la virtualidad) es la estructura. Nuestra categoría centra su reflexión en la creación-colección de esos cuerpos estructurales, de ese objeto mínimo, abstracto y vacío de contenido.

En este tránsito del objeto al territorio de lo virtual, la estructura se valoriza no como una de las partes que componen el objeto, si no como el propio objeto en un estado concreto de abstracción.
